Plant One is an independent, limited-liability company (Dutch: ‘B.V.’). It’s a small organisation. Managing director Karin Husmann is responsible for everyday management. She’s assisted by an operations manager who provides support for all on-site activities. He’s the first point of contact on the work floor. In addition, Plant One has an HSE manager to handle all issues relating to health, safety and the environment. Plant One is located on the Huntsman industrial site, but has no organisational affiliations with the company.

Although Plant One is a lean organisation, it’s extremely well-connected. As a result it can always appeal to its partners for expert advice if and when necessary. This holds not only for Plant One itself, but naturally for all those renting its facilities, too.
