He advises clients about potential safety risks and oversees compliance with the terms of the environmental permit. He also collects the reports that pilots are required to supply him with. The HSE manager advises all those working on-site about HSE regulations and is the liaison officer for clients and emergency services in the event of a calamity. The HSE manager is also your first point of contact in the event of equipment problems or failure. He carries out inspections and organises evacuation drills.
